SESSION BOOKING POLICY.

BOOKING POLICY

1. PENCILS / HOLDS

The Client may request provisional reservations (“Pencils” or “Holds”) for studio time, subject to availability and approval by Full English Post (“Vendor”). Such holds are provided at no charge and must be reasonable in scope and duration.

The Client may release a Pencil or Hold without charge by providing written notice to the Vendor no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session start time.

Pencils or Holds do not constitute a confirmed booking. Studio time is not guaranteed until formally confirmed in accordance with Section 2 below.

2. CONFIRMATION OF SESSIONS

To secure and guarantee studio time, the Client must confirm the booking in writing no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session start time.

Upon confirmation, the Client agrees to pay for the full duration of the booked session, regardless of whether the session concludes earlier than scheduled.

Any request to extend a session must be communicated to the Vendor in advance and will be subject to studio availability. Approved extensions may be billed at applicable standard or overtime rates.

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Once a session has been confirmed, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms shall apply:

  • Cancellations made twenty-four (24) hours or more prior to the scheduled session start time will incur a fee equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the total confirmed booking.

  • Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session start time will incur a fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total confirmed booking.

Rescheduling a confirmed session shall be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the same fees outlined above:

  • Rescheduling twenty-four (24) hours or more prior: 75% fee

  • Rescheduling less than twenty-four (24) hours prior: 100% fee

4. OVERTIME

Standard studio operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST), excluding nationally recognized holidays.

Any sessions scheduled outside of these hours, or any session that extends beyond these hours, will be subject to an overtime rate of one and one-half (1.5x) times the standard quoted hourly rate.
